Setup - Shortcuts

Right click on the PasteItIn icon in the task bar tray and select Setup from the pop up menu.



Several shortcut keys are available to make PasteItIn more efficient.

Show button window. Alt-S Show the Button Window if it is hidden, switches to next group if window was visible.
Hide button window. Alt-H Hide Button Window.
Clear clipboard buttons. Alt-C Clear all buttons that are filled by the clipboard.
Reset paste counter. Alt-R Resets the active button counter indicated by the blue button text.
Paste active button. Alt-P Pastes the contents of the active button indicated by the blue button text.
Previous button. Alt-M Moves the active button counter one down.
Next button. Alt-N Moves the active button counter one up.
Paste all buttons. Alt-A Pastes the contents of all the clipboard buttons in this group, see below.
Mark all unused. Alt-U Marks all clipboard buttons unused if enabled in Group Options.
Edit last copied. Alt-E Opens the Edit Button window with the last copied button.
Clear last copied. Alt-L Clears the last copied button.
Dial selected number. Alt-D Copies the selected text into a button and uses TAPI to dial the phone number.

To change the shortcut key for a function, select it, check the desired Alt.Ctrl/Shift/Win checkbox, select a character from the dropdown list, and click the Set button.

Paste All Delimiters.
The Paste All Delimiters allow you to specify a character to be typed between each button.
You can use the New, Delete, and Edit button to manage the delimiters. You can use {Tab} and {Enter} as a delimiter. For example, you can create a delimiter named Enter that will press the Enter key if you specify {Enter} for the value.
When you use the Paste All feature a list will pop up to enable you to select the required delimiter.
