Variables Page
The variables option enables you to create shortcuts to be used in the Type function. For example, you can use the {email} shortcut to type your email.
The advantage is that if you ever change your email address, you can simply change the {email} variable and all your Type information will automatially type the new email address. Another advantage is that you can Save a group to a file and share it with other people without sharing your personal information.
